Square Pegs Coaching provides experiential coaching for technical supervisors, managers and leaders who want to improve their ability to influence people around them, with less effort and more effect.
Coaching topics are typically around interpersonal skills such as communication (of all types), motivation, conflict management, change management, team management as well as managing themselves and using their own potential to the full.
For groups of leaders, the delivery can be either group walks or more classroom-based training.
If a team is causing the issue then team development can be run, using outdoor games and team challenges. For micro teams it is also possible to use sailing, canoeing, climbing or powerboating to achieve the learning outcomes.
