Peter Rigley: A Voyage of Discovery

As the Managing Director of Base Metal Roofing, Peter leads a team of skilled and experienced tradesmen who provide high-quality and customised metal roofing solutions to our clients. He has over 30 years of experience in traditional metal roofing, starting as an apprentice tinsmith and leadworker, and progressing to supervisor and squad leader.

His mission is to deliver excellence and innovation in metal roofing, while also promoting self-development and empowerment among my staff and peers.

He has completed two of the RYP Scotland and Kilimanjaro events and is an avid mountain climber which started the task of bagging 500 Scottish Munros and Corbetts over the next five years. Peter believes that by pushing himself beyond his limits, he can inspire and empower others to start their own journey of self-discovery.
